There were chips, salsa and guacamole for starters then all I had to do was heat the tortillas and taco shells and left everyone to fill their plates with whatever favorites were at the top of their list. It's a simple meal plan because it's so easy to go bigger or smaller depending on how many guests you have.
Lots of chatter as everyone shared their first term college experiences with old friends. We joined them because when your own kid leaves for college you realize how many of his friends you miss when he goes. It was good to have everyone together again, laughing and talking, because before you know it they’re gone and everything is quiet again.
