I finally got around to making jam. I love raspberry jam so I used some of my own and some from the farm stand. I love that we have a farm stand nearby. I was short on time so I made freezer jam. It’s so easy and tastes so fresh, since you don’t have to cook it. Really, just a few minutes and there’s jam to last several weeks, if not months.
The longer I have my garden, the more I’m liking the fruits. As I was watering tonight I was mentally planning where I can add more raspberries and blueberry bushes. They are just such a treat. Veggies are great but fruit is oh so sweet!
